Patricia was an excellent real estate agent. I will use her for the sale of my next home. It wasn't an easy task to sale the home this year due to various factors, including the condition of the home due to my ex-husband who was residing in it for 5 years after the divorce, and his ability to cooperate. But Patricia remained patient and finally was able to close on the home with a short sale this year. I can't thank her enough for relieving me of those responsibilities.
