Rhonda was extremely helpful in finding the perfect house for us. Since we were moving from out of state and could not come see most of them in person, her expertise was essential. She made recommendations based on her experiences and area statistics (such as crime rates, school ratings, the look, condition, and layout of the house, etc.), that were not as easily found online. She did video walkthroughs of the best options and kept us updated the whole time. She was attentive to our home buying needs and budget constraints. She even did the final walkthrough for us and attended the signing with us, finally giving us a housewarming gift. She is a five star professional.
