I can’t say enough good things about our experience with David while searching for and purchasing our new home and the whole process from start to finish. The first thing that stood out to me was the level of professionalism and knowledge he brought to the table from our first meeting he really listened to our needs in what we wanted from our next home. Next was how quickly he responded to our request for information on homes we were interested in, he went above and beyond by calling the selling agents and really doing his due diligence for us. While doing showings he brought a wealth of experience and valuable knowledge that was really helpful to us. When it came time to put in an offer he had a very good buying strategy to assure that we would be a top contender in this very competitive market. He is very honest and I really appreciated his no nonsense approach and being real with what it is going to take to have our offer accepted. I put my trust in Davids experience and it paid off when our offer was accepted on the home that met our needs. The guidance that David provided was very organized and he never missed a beat, I was never left feeling that we were not represented in the best manner possible. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to purchase a home in Alaska he was really personable and made the whole buying process a breeze, I wish we would have found him earlier as we have had other realtors that could learn a thing or two from David.
