I really find it hard to put into words about what Lindsey did for my family. The weight of trying to sell a house out of state and trust everything was getting done was at times too much! When we hired Lindsey right away she lifted that from our shoulders. She took care of everything...even doing some lanscaping herself. I really didn't think people cared to work like that. I was looking for a home at a discount to renovate and move in with no luck. Then someone I know recommended Yuri. Wow I could not of been happier. Yuri was very responsive and always available to communicate. He worked hard finding me what I was looking for and showed me the properties. Yuri has extensive knowledge in home renovation and gave us great insight on what needed to be done on the home. He negotiated a price for us lower than what we expected to pay and was there the whole way for us until closing and was even available with any questions I had after the closing. I was looking for a home that I could buy at a discount and renovate and have equity after when resold it. I looked for months with other realtor. No luck. A friend of mine told me to call Yuri and that he specializes in finding discounted homes and he's a great negotiator and hardest worker he knows. He was right. Within a month Yuri found me a home in Wellington for $170k which is $55k below the asking price. That takes some skill. Yuri's experience in years of real estate investing game me a good idea what needed to be done in the home and how much to spend in renovation. He was right on target. I renovated the home and resold it with Yuri for a nice profit not to mention Yuri sold it for $14k more than the asking price. I've used Yuri several times since then with the same results. Everything was smooth and easy and he picked up the phone anytime I needed him and resolved any issues right away. Yuri was the ultimate realtor from start to finish.

I just closed on my new home and I cannot express enough my gratitude for Yuri. He's like family to us now. First of all I'm a widow and I do not drive. I've been looking to purchase a new home for several months with no luck. Then I met Yuri. I don't know how he did it but he found me the home I've been looking for within two weeks and even though the sellers were not budging he still negotiated a great discount off the asking price. What sets Yuri apart from other Realtors is the unbeatable service he provides. He picked me up and dropped me off back home every time. He went across town to submit the HOA application for me. He even went with me both times I had to wire the funds to make sure everything was correct. He always picked up his phone whether it was early morning or late afternoon and answered all the questions I had. He even changed the locks for me in the new home. I am extremely satisfied with Marilyn work and professionalism. I used to be a realtor in Florida in the past, making my expectations a little higher as I knew what she was supposed to do.
