Sarah & Aaron were our listing agent and my experience was excellent. They brought significant information to our initial meeting including 'comps', recent multi-year trends and demonstration of seasonality related to our property type. Once hired, they delivered as promised with a reasonable pricing strategy recommendation that reflected our goals. They also supported the listing with promotion, provided support for some tasks that are harder for a non-Florida resident to complete from a far. Communication throughout the process was also very good - from cursory to strong interest, as well as overall market activity - the information sharing help in final decision making / offer acceptance. Finally, and most importantly, when several complexities popped up just before the close, they maintained their high standards of professionalism. They were politely persistent with multiple parties. I also felt they were fair and balanced. I would 100% recommend Sarah & Rose for anyone looking to hire a listing agent.

I had an extremely difficult closing situation due to an HOA president. Sarah and Aaron were so knowledgeable and worked so hard that we were able to close. They were always a pleasure to deal with. There is no way we would have succeeded without their hard work and effort. The sales commission did not properly compensate them for the time they dedicated to the sale. You will be in great hands if you use them as realtors.
