I appreciate the quick response from Karen to my questions. She made herself available when she was needed. She has been my agent 4 times! She has become a friend, not just my agent. I highly recommend her.

Marilyn and I have had many real-estate dealings throughout the years and she had been more then a real estate agent, she cares for her clients and makes sure all your needs are met. She is one of the hardest working people I know and ALWAYS goes over and beyond. I have all the trust that she is there to make sure my experience is easy and complete. Marilyn Sowers is by far the best realestate agent in PBC.

This is my second time utilizing Marilyn Sowers to find me a property. She really put things into perspective regarding what to look for, and what to watch out for when purchasing a property. She went above and beyond what she needed to do in matters regarding getting the light turned on, water, the HOA, and many other things. I highly recommend her, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

It was a wonderful experience working with Marilyn. I’m satisfy with the result, which is inline with my expectations. She did helped a lot in all processes. I have learned a lot from her. Being a foreigner which has brought me additional difficulties in selling a house in US but Marilyn helped me since the beginning to find all solutions. She behaves more than a realtor but a close friend. I would like to entrust her in finding buyers for my sister’s house as well because we trust she would bring us the best result. Taking this chance I would like to express my great thanks to her. It was a great pleasure to know her.

Marilyn was highly recommended & referred by our realtor who is now semi-retired. Marilyn went to see the house & gave us her recommendations on what to fix/repair/clean, etc. to make the house look better before the Open House. She gave us suggestion on how to price it and always give us an update on the showings. We received a cash offer 2 days after the Open House and we accepted it the same week and we closed 2.5 weeks later! 😊 The house sold so fast we couldn't have done it without Marilyn's help and her expertise of the market. She's really good in keeping us updated with the showings, inspections, and closing details with the title company. It was a quick and very smooth transaction from start to finish and I highly recommend Marilyn and you won't regret having her in your team! Thanks again Marilyn for all your help and everything that you did for us ... especially for giving me my Freedom!😍🥰 May God bless you always!🙏😊

Marilyn Is the best! She made the process of selling our place so easy for us. And she can adapt to anything you throw at her, like having your closing in a hospital. Somehow she does it all with a smile on her face! We recommend her highly!

Marilyn goes above and beyond for her customers. She is very professional, and from my experience with her she wants to please the client. I couldn't be more happier to have made that to call to her to sell my condo.
