She asked me detailed questions about the kind of home I was looking for and worked closely with the mortgage lender to identify the houses that were within my budget. Ana was very patient with me and demonstrated her desire to to educate me while searching for my first home. Ana chose houses for me to consider and took all of the responsibility to coordinate appointments that allowed me to see houses that interested me. She advocated for me and took charge of negotiations with other brokers and sellers. She shared her opinions and reflected on her experiences which helped convince me to look at homes that I was initially reluctant to consider. Ana demonstrated integrity when there was a house that I was ready to quickly jump at, but she communicated her concerns and how those concerns could pertain specifically to me. I ended up not putting an offer in on that house and I am thankful that she thought so deeply about this consideration. The house that I ended up buying was one which she asked me to look at several times, but I declined each time. She convinced me that this house was worth investigating in-person. Ana's persistence paid off because when I finally saw the house and the community where the house was located, it was obvious that she had been able to see that it was the house I was looking for. Ana Cavallini's professionalism, patience and tremendous amount of experience in real estate was the reason why I am now a proud home owner for the first time.
