I finally listed my home for sale and was referred to Tracey Demaris by a friend. My first meeting with Tracey immediately let me know that she had knowledge of my neighborhood and that she had done her homework. Once she knew what we were looking for, she educated us on what was being sold in the neighborhood and how those listings compared to my house. She told me what I needed to do in order to prepare the house and get what I was looking for.
