Working with Mike and Steph to sell my condo was by far the easiest and most pain free real estate experience I’ve ever had. For a first-time seller they made the experience as simple possible and thoroughly explained the different ways this could go to me up front, prior to me even signing the agreement to sell with them. When I say everything I mean they took care of EVERYTHING, bringing in a handyman to fix things around the house to make it more presentable to sell, having a cleaning service come in, changing the locks because I lost the key, they provide a level of service that I have not seen matched by any other realtor(s).
