Betsy was very helpful, her experience and knowledge. Her experience and knowledge of the housing market was amazing. She is the reason we love our new home. She went above and beyond, and was always there for us. Even the toughest times she just kept pushing us forward. Thank you so very much.

Robert - was nothing short of exceptional from the listing of our home to the navigation of the sale. He used solid market data regarding comp's which put us in a position of strength when the offers started coming in. He learned all the special features of the home, which made for a powerful presentation to prospective buyers. He personally attended "EVERY" showing even when he was under the weather. A dedication and commitment to excellence like we have never experienced from any other relators. When feedback was available, Robert called, we never had to chase him for information. We always felt in the loop! You might find a cheaper fee realtor however, if its results you want you won't find a better one!

Betsy is one of the most professional realtors I have worked with and I have worked with many. She quickly understood my parameters and as a result wasted very little time finding me the right property. Highly recommended.

I walked into Betsy’s office on a total whim. Just to get info on selling our house, as we were moving to PA. We planned on selling after we got moved in In PA. Betsy had our house listed and sold while we were driving up to PA. We were amazed! The whole process went very smoothly, Betsy took care of everything, as we were no longer in FL. She even went to our house to help with our new AC inspection! We are very appreciative For all Betsy did for us!

Robert was an amazing realtor. He was not only knowledgeable of the local community but he was able to explain where he came up with his pricing strategy and show you his calculations. He is aggressive in selling your home, he comes to all the showings and does not just take a passing approach and put a lock box on the front door. He learns about your house to help educate all the buyers that come through, and that makes a huge difference. We believe we were able to sell for a better price because we had Robert’s experience and perseverance. He knows the neighborhood and how to market the house accordingly. Listen to what he tells you and you won’t go wrong.

Betsy was an amazing realtor. She went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. She did everything in a timely manner and very professionally. She also helped with a lot of extraneous things such as finding painters, roofing experts etc. She was very accommodating and would highly recommend.

Michelle Garcia and her partner Nick Menzione did an excellent job as my realtor for my recent home purchase. Nick and Michelle had an extremely fast response every time I reached out to them via cell/text/email. Nick went out of his way to schedule home showings and was a great sounding board when comparing the properties. Michelle had a great insight into the business side of the contract and addendums. Michelle took the lead to coordinated the closing between the mortgage company and the title company. She had the foresight to avoid problems that would have been overlooked by the mortgage company and title company. I would highly recommend Michelle and Nick to other home buyers.
