Marlene Stone is a remarkable realtor. We found her when we were house shopping in 2017. She was remarkable in finding our home within one weekend and closing on it. We kept in touch and she is very resourceful and personable to her clients with referrals for home repairs to other home services. This year we had her help sell the same home. With her help and her referrals to update our home from painting to staging, we sold our home in 28 days and above asking price from open house to closing. Also, she assisted us in coordinating her referrals and payments to them, since we moved out of Texas late February. Vicki Crow is a great realtor as well as a good person to work with. She has been in real estate for years and is incredibly knowledgeable. Her response time is very fast and her ability to explain things in detail is very much appreciated. I would certainly recommend her. She helped me understand the process of home buying which can be a bit confusing as a first time buyer. Would I work with her again? Of course!

Rob and his wife Janice Matson are a fantastic team! When we have friends/family who need to buy or sell we are going to tell them about the best realtors in DFW! not only were they both very knowledgeable but they also are hard working. We contacted Rob in late 2012 with the plan to sell our home in Spring 2013. Rob set up an appointment with us in October to go over the plan to sell our home, and purchase a new home. He went through our entire house and gave us a bullet point update, repair, suggestion list. We followed his suggestions and had everything ready to go on the market by early May. On the first day of showings, we had 2 offers on our home, and one was a cash offer with no conditions. Rob helped sell our home in 10 hours - and we were shocked!<br/><br/>Rob was also helping us find our new home, and we are the classic "picky" buyers. He was patient and offered suggestions and we finally found our new home. He negotiated both transactions so that we could close on our old home, and then the next day close on our new home - with 1 week to make the transition. We did not have to stay in a hotel, or be in limbo.<br/><br/>I would highly recommend Rob Johnson!
