I was a nervous first- time home buyer and had no knowledge of how to get started or what to do. Liz answered the phone after the second ring and got me connected to her mortgage team and approved within a week. As I searched for a home, Liz was available to meet me at any time of the day or weekend. She went above and beyond to educate me about what to expect, connected me with a home inspector who taught me what to look and "look out for" when choosing a home, and got to really know me so the homes we viewed were both realistic and in my price range. I absolutely love my new home. I could not have made this first- time decision without her support and honest feedback.

Liz was going to help me purchase a place that I was already living in at the time but that fell through. Liz worked Very Fast to help me find an even better place. It took 30 days from the time I submitted the offer to close and that's with getting the appraisal and inspection. She was on top of her game! I would absolutely use her again.

Della is professional, proficient, and friendly too! We met her when we accompanied a friend who was home shopping. We were so impressed, we decided to use Della for our selling agent for our home. Della was super patient with all our questions. Della gave us great feedback on upgrades we thought about doing to ready our house for the market (and whether or not they would make a difference). When we were finally ready to list our house, Della did a great job setting up the open house, and we had 4 offers by the end of the day--all above listing! We've used other realtors in the past, but Della really went above and beyond, and she is the only realtor we will use for any future realtor needs--buying or selling! Highly recommended!
