I found Darryl on google multiple years ago when I was selling a house and picked him for no reason other than that he was the highest reviewed realtor on the website that month. He did a phenomenal job helping me sell my home and I couldn't have done it without him. Years later when it was time for me to buy a house it wasn't even a question. I've now had Darryl's help selling an buying a home and I think he's the best. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

This man and his wife treats everyone like family never a harsh word or even an eye roll. They take their time and explain everything in a detailed manner like they were selling to my grandmother (awesome not demeaning) very punctuate and excellent at communicating in a timely manner. I cant think of one time I called or texted and he did not answer or return the text or call within the hour. I purchased a FSBO and Darrell represented me and he was as nice to the seller as he was to his buyer. He and his wife makes everyone feel comfortable. I wish all sales folks could learn from this man.

We really enjoyed working with Darrell. He made listing the house easy, told us what we could and couldn't expect, explained the whole process to us, and even played with our kids. The house sold almost immediately. We had a pretty tricky closing - the time was compressed, I was changing jobs and moving out of state (all while doing a ton of traveling), the house was constantly a disaster from packing and moving, etc. The sellers really dropped the ball on a lot of their side, but Darrell kept us informed at every step of the way and really made the process easy. So - The buyers were at final walkthrough and the AC stopped working. Darrell immediately drove out to the house to ease concerns and assisted me in getting it fixed ASAP in order to proceed with closing as soon as possible. It wound up being a minor problem, but it meant a lot to have Darrell drop everything and run out there. Darrell was recommended by my son after he had such a great experience when buying his home, I liked him so much when my mom went to buy a house i insisted she use him as her realtor. Needless to say both my mom and myself were very picky and time consuming. The homes we purchased came with some challenges, but Darrell showed his expertise and knowledge in overcoming the challenges as well as being patience with 2 hard to please customers. He gives a 150% to all of his customers, it was a pleasure working with him
