My boyfriend and I were both relocating from different parts of KY and were looking for our new home together. Jason's knowledge of the area, schools and the market made this transition seamless. We entrusted him with selecting locations for our new home that consisted of good schools for my kids. He was always extremely positive and made sure that our minds were at ease since the beginning. He always remained available to answer any questions or concerns and was very professional. This is my second time working with Jason and my boyfriend and I could not be more pleased with how well Jason negotiated our offers. He really cares about his clients and never once tried to pressure us into purchasing a home without completely being in love with it. Thanks to Jason's networking capacity, he made sure that we put our best foot forward when putting in an offer while being honest since this market is very competitive. We were from out of state, first communications was via phone. We established a plan and scheduled several listings to review in a short time span. He provided transportation, and excellent insight of what we were looking for in our Kentucky Home. We moved from Northern Indiana to a perfect home in Nicholasville KY. Jason made our experience as first time home buyers so easy! He was very open about everything with us and didn't give us any false hope whenever we began our house journey. He was also totally down to going to view a house last minute at like 7:30 pm, which was super nice of him. We absolutely adore our house, and will definitely be coming back to him whenever we look to sell our current one in the future :)
