Stephanie was incredible in helping us find the perfect home. I might even call her a miracle worker. We had been looking for the right home on our own for about a year and a half and we couldn't find anything that was even worth going and seeing. We have a large family and a laundry list of 'must haves' that made finding a home fairly challenging. We shared our list of 'must haves' as well as 'wants' and in a very short time period she had us in our perfect home that checked every single box in the 'must haves' and the 'wants'. She expertly navigated us through the home buying process, which was initially very nerve racking. Stephanie provided great recommendations that I never would have thought of from putting in an offer, negotiating after the inspection, and even recommended a great lender. We would not be moving into our dream home if it weren't for the expert advice and guidance we received from Stephanie. We absolutely recommend using her to find your perfect home!!
