How many instances in life do you immediately feel comfortable, especially dealing with a big purchase/sell/acquisition? In 2013, I had the fortune of calling the first and only realtor I was referred to. I planned on interviewing three realtors and by process of elimination make my decision, but as life goes .. you get a great surprise once in a while. Mike came by to our home, spent some time getting to know us personally, assessing our personal situation,wants and needs before ever talking about anything money related. After our first meet, I didn't even bother looking elsewhere. Mike made everything about the process very easy and was always available,anytime. We had one open house, while respecting our wishes he was present and after multiple offers, we were ready to move on to the next chapter of our lives. You would think after being done with the business end of the deal, he would disappear and move on without ever following up with our progress... Not this guy. After moving to the midwest I called him for advice and to see what he could do for us. Without hesitation, he had a laundry list of answers for us, and kept us confident in our next purchase. They say, you need a good doctor,lawyer and barber .. but having the right realtor should be added to that short list. I still keep in touch with Mike being in New York City currently. I miss San Diego, but always know I have the right guy to bring me back!

My wife and I have bought a few family homes in the past, but we have never had such a positive experience as the one we had working with Mike Safiedine. Mike is honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and he has a passion for his job which in turn makes him a hard worker. Mike explained every step of the process and in detail if I needed it. No matter the time of day or night Mike made himself available to answer any and all of our questions. Unlike some of our agents in the past, Mike is genuinely concerned about all of his clients. Mike will absolutely be our first call for any other real estate issues in the future. I would highly recommend Mike to friends, family and anyone else looking for a top of the line real estate agent.

I recently closed a transaction with Andy as a buyside agent. This was our first time buying but not our first time working with a realtor - we had previously looked into buying before with Redfin and another time with a friend of ours who happened to be a realtor as well. After experience both then working with Andy, I highly recommend Andy! We viewed numerous properties and all along the way he provided fantastic advice. Given this was our first purchase he educated us fully with everything from the offer process and drafting up a contract, to putting us in touch with a lender, to the property inspection, which he was present for, all the way through escrow and closing. He even gave us property maintenance advice to top it off! He has an excellent network of loan professionals (we worked with Ryan Purpero at Bank of America - also a 5 star experience!), contractors & property inspectors. Andy is a true professional and we were comfortable at all stages of the process. He was attentive, always answering or returning our calls very quickly, was available to show us properties on short notice and kept us well informed along the way. Plus you knew he was on our side, not pressuring us into a deal that wasn't right for us just to make a commission. Having a true professional such as Andy is well worth it and I will highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy/sell. We will definitely be using him again!
