I would highly recommend Dawn Pryde to serve as your listing agent and representative to list and sell your home! Overall Nelson Real Estate is a large presence on the Olympic Peninsula. Dawn was especially personable, and conducted all business in a very knowledgeable and no-nonsense manner! That was very much appreciated. This is our third home sale experience and was by far the smoothest and best so far. The Nelson team shares duties to best represent the client.

When we bought our home we went through Lisa. 10 years later we just closed on selling that property and Lisa was the first person we called to help us sell! She helped us navigate pricing so that the home would appraise and still get us the most out of it we could. She is honest and will "tell it how it is". She is well known in the community and any time you mention her name to other Realtors or professionals they all respond, "Oh- yeah, she just goes by 'L'. She's fantastic- you've got a great Realtor!" Can't beat that!
