My goal is to work with as many good people as I can. I know that sounds a little bland, but I really believe working with good people makes my job easier and it's more fun for the client. Not every real estate agent is right for everyone. Certain personalities jive with different people. My goal when I'm working with someone is to earn their trust, respect, and business for life. If I can do that then I know I will be someone they refer to their friends and family. That is the ultimate goal, is to work with their network of people. Specialties: I have over 22 years of experience in residential sales, investment properties, estate and trust sales, land, new construction, remodeling, pre-foreclosures (short sales), and am CRS, and GRI certified in my industry. I am consistently in the top 15% of realtors in my area but am most proud of the people who refer me business on a consistent basis. To them, I am truly in debt and can't thank enough.

I became a Realtor at the beginning of 2015, after an 8-year career in Marketing and Advertising. Although I have just started selling, I am not new to the industry. My husband and I have purchased and managed investment properties for over 5 years. I am excited to help people with their home solutions - be it a "forever home." investment property or whatever the need. I may be new, but I am energetic and motivated to have a career in real estate!

Brian grew up in the Cedar Valley area and got his first taste of the real estate industry at the age of 10. Brian’s parents started developing and home building in 1987 and Brian was always around learning and helping out. With over 60 years of family history in construction, Brian has a strong foundation in all aspects of real estate and is very knowledgeable. After returning from teaching in Texas in 2003 Brian started building homes and selling real estate for sale by owner. Brian brings a unique perspective and knowledge base to the real estate industry. Brian is a family man with a devotion to God and his three adventurous boys. An athlete by nature Brian played rugby for 13 years for University of Northern Iowa, the Arlington Mavericks in Texas and the Bremer County Bucks in Waverly, IA. In the summer Brian enjoys biking, kayaking, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his boys fishing and at the family farm. In the fall Brian can be found sitting in a tree with his bow waiting for a deer to walk by. Brian has traveled the US as a motivational speaker talking to and training groups of people about personal development. Brian has built strong relationships with several lending institutions so he can help guide you to the best options in the Cedar Valley. Among the many focuses I have, my children's school and extra curricular activities take up much of my 'free' time. I am a graduate of the University of Northern IA and remain active in the Cedar Valley area.
