My goal is to work with as many good people as I can. I know that sounds a little bland, but I really believe working with good people makes my job easier and it's more fun for the client. Not every real estate agent is right for everyone. Certain personalities jive with different people. My goal when I'm working with someone is to earn their trust, respect, and business for life. If I can do that then I know I will be someone they refer to their friends and family. That is the ultimate goal, is to work with their network of people. Specialties: I have over 22 years of experience in residential sales, investment properties, estate and trust sales, land, new construction, remodeling, pre-foreclosures (short sales), and am CRS, and GRI certified in my industry. I am consistently in the top 15% of realtors in my area but am most proud of the people who refer me business on a consistent basis. To them, I am truly in debt and can't thank enough.

we had excellent preliminary visits.

During our preliminary visits Nicole demonstrated her market knowledge, sales experience and willingness to be upfront and honest about the property. She pointed out positive points about the property and even some negative things that I hadn't noticed that gave me an opportunity to fix somethings that made the property more desirable to potential buyers. Her estimate of what the property would sell for was right on the money and met at least my minimum desirable amount for the property. I appreciated her willingness to be patient for the right buyer to appear.

Highly Recommend

Nicole really listens to what you want and is very connected and knowledgeable of the area. Shes trustworthy, kind, follows through and and works hard. Working with Nicole was a wonderful experience

Working with Nicole was a wonderful experience. She is patient, knowledgeable and connected to the community. Moving from a different state is stressful and with Nicole as my realtor I felt like I had an ally who had my back and I could relax a bit. Rolando is an absolute asset as well. Great Team!

Nicole is very knowledgeable agent! She made the transition of selling my property and buying a new one very stress-free. She went above and beyond!
