Working with this Deb and her team at Call Callahan was truly one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was moving in from out of town and navigating an unfamiliar area. From day one, Deb made the entire process feel manageable and even exciting. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and somehow found me a home that checked all the boxes—I absolutely loved it. But what really sets her (and her entire team) apart is what happened next. After living there for a couple of months, I realized that Iowa just wasn’t the right fit for me long-term. I was trying to make a very tough decision, and when I reached out, Deb didn’t hesitate for a second. She met me for lunch, talked through various scenarios and when I decided I wanted to sell.. Deb jumped right back in, guided me through the process again, and had my home sold within days. That level of dedication is RARE. From start to finish—and then again—she went above and beyond in every possible way. Communication was constant, the process was seamless, and every single person I interacted with on her team (shout-out to Amy, Bailee, and Lavesa!), was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me through a pretty unique situation.
