Dr. Chelsea Benefield is a full time real estate agent licensed in Georgia and Florida and a Certified Full Service Professional (CFSP), known for her strong work ethic, personalized approach, and commitment to going the extra mile for her clients. Born and raised in St. Augustine, Florida, Dr. Chelsea earned her Florida real estate license in 2023. After relocating to South Georgia, she earned her Georgia real estate license in 2026 and is now proud to call South Georgia home. Her experience across both states allows her to assist buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients throughout Georgia and Florida. Dr. Chelsea believes real estate should never be one size fits all. Every client, property, and move is different, so she develops a customized strategy for each transaction. From creative marketing and consistent open houses to relocation assistance and transaction coordination, she takes a proactive, hands on approach to real estate. Education has always been an important part of Dr. Chelsea’s journey. She earned an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice and Associate of Science in Natural Biology in 2015, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Science in 2017, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2020. She is currently continuing her education at Coastal Pines Technical College, pursuing a degree in Small Business Marketing Management. Dr. Chelsea brings her background in healthcare, communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and advocacy into every transaction. I've called Brantley County home my entire life, and being part of a Brantley Strong mentality has shaped who I am both personally and professionally. Growing up here taught me the importance of camaraderie, leadership, and kindness. That sense of community is the guiding principle behind every interaction. I bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep sense of responsibility to everything I do. Alongside my real estate career, I continue my work as an Administrative Assistant with PS Broker and serve my community as a school bus driver. Being entrusted each day with what matters most to families has shaped my approach to life and work, reinforcing the importance of patience, consistency, and follow-through. To me, real estate has always been about people first and doing right by them every step of the way. Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is my faith & family. I am married to my husband, Trevor, and together we are raising three energetic boys, Zach (16), Steven (15), & Landen (11). Our life is fast-paced and full of sports, outdoor adventures, and constant motion. From ball fields to hunting, camping, and traveling to new places, we embrace every opportunity for adventure. Those experiences have taught me teamwork, adaptability, and the value of showing up.
