Working with Susan has been an absolute pleasure! As someone who’s still fairly new to the rental property world, I was a bit nervous about jumping into another investment—but Susan made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.

I was introduced to Gail Scott several years ago as she was selected by my wife’s family to be the seller’s agent for my mother in law’s home in Bethany, Oklahoma. The sale of that home was efficient and timely, so when it came time to put my NW Oklahoma City ( Yukon address) home on the market, my first thought was to contact Gail. After an initial meeting, Gail studied my neighborhood’s market conditions ( which at best were difficult!) and gave me recommendations on pricing and preparing the house for showings. At my request, she offered landscaping and cleaning contractors to assist me, who proved to be competitive, timely and excellent performers. Following my preparation, Gail had excellent marketing photos made and quickly got the home in the local MLS system. About 5 weeks later we received an excellent offer and closed in two weeks. I could not be happier. The whole process was efficient and professional, with great communication throughout.

Susan does a great job and I highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable and what she may not know; she will take the time to look into or reach out to the appropriate parties for that information. She looks out for your property so you have that ease of mind. Her communication is efficient and she responds in a quick and timely fashion. She makes time and effort to sell your property through various marketing techniques. Overall, I have nothing but positive to say about our experience with Susan. Thank you Susan!

I met Susan as a foster mom to my pup in 2018. I knew from that moment she was a dynamo. I friended her on social media and realized she was the true energizer bunny in human form. I had no hesitation in calling her when we needed to sale our commercial property. From start to finish it was an easy process and as usual she got everything done in record time. Susan is amazing and you won't be sorry having her sell your property. She's a go-getter and goes above and beyond for each of her clients. You truly feel like her only client in the world when she's your agent!

We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible service we received from Susan. As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I were a bit nervous about the process, especially with a baby on the way. However, Susan made everything so smooth. She listened to our needs and quickly found us the perfect home for our growing family. We were able to move into our new place faster than we could have hoped. We are so excited about this next chapter and couldn't have done it without her help.
