Kate helped us sell 2 houses and purchase one all at the same time. it wasn't easy but she sold them at the price we wanted and got us into our dream home. We struggled with buyers and with our own finances but she stuck through it and pulled it all off. We didn't have the credit approval we wanted for a mortgage but we had cash, she guided us through a land contract and with her knowledge of the market was able to pull it all off.
