We could not recommend Jenny Egan highly enough. She was knowledgeable about the market, highly responsive, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. Jenny treated the purchase of our home with the respect and care that such a large purchase deserves, and we would definitely contact her if we ever decide to buy another home.

Jenny helped me buy my first condo, and she made the process incredibly easy. We looked at several condos over the weekend, then she helped me quickly put in an offer. After the loan fell through due to issues with my bank, we were out looking again by the weekend, and she was even able to recommend a loan provider that would work with me. The new condo purchase went by very quickly, and she helped update the purchase agreement to have the seller fix issues found during inspection. She was always immediately responsive by text or email, and it was fun to work with her.

I have known for years that when it came time to sell our home in Northville, Jamey Kramer would be the professional I would call. He sold our friend's home in our community and came highly recommended. Jamey helped us price our home appropriately and we trusted his expertise and marketing ability. Diana is wonderful to deal with and responded to us instantly during the entire process. We received an offer very quickly. Jamey guided us through the negotiations and the entire process went very well. We have sold more than a few houses and this was by far the most pleasant experience!

We had property for sale in Novi and we were out of State so we had some apprehension. Jamey and staff (Diana) took care of everything for us. He had the first showing in just a few days and an offer in about 10 days. There were unexpected issues that arose but he worked them all out and we closed expeditiously. We would highly recommend the Kramer Group to anyone who has a real Estate need in the greater Novi area.

Jamie was excellent in selling my Novi home recently, from the listing and closing. He is very reachable and knowledgeable in dealing with questions from both sides. His team was very kind and very effective and timely via email and phone and text. Great team along with us, and I highly recommend his team in Real Estate transaction! Thanks.

Jamey and his team helped us sell our home in Novi right after the market reopened with the COVID 19 stay at home. Our house proved to be harder to sell than any of us predicted. Jamey and his team worked hard to get it sold and negotiated an acceptable price. Diana was awesome and was always available and found answers to our questions quickly. She was invaluable through out our difficult sale and closing. We would highly recommend Jamey and his group.

Paul and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to market our house under very unusual market circumstances. We had over 25 showings in the 1st month and accepted a bid within 30 days. Paul is a very attentive and detail oriented professional who manages the process with very experienced skill. The closing was handled by Paul at his office and went very smoothly with no issues. Highly recommend!
