What I like about Dale is his upfront and honest approach. He was extremely helpful during the whole process from the prepping of the home all the way to the closing. His experience and knowledge will not only benefit you, but also prep and educate you along the way. Not only did I get Dale's wealth of experience and knowledge, but I also got to work with his daughter Jennifer and appreciated her insight and opinions as well as they were very helpful. The selling experience went very fast and smooth. The marketable value of my home was right on with many buyers viewing on the first and second day. All of my questions were answered about the process and the cost estimates for the bottom-line sale of my house. Sale information was sent via email which was fast and easy. All paperwork for closing was also sent by email, making it easier to review before arriving at the title company. Thanks for all you help getting me through a high anxiety process.

I have had the good fortune to sell 2 houses with Dale Grace and purchase one. He and his team were incredibly helpful in all aspects of selling and buying a house. His years of experience were incredibly helpful and he was so knowledgeable regarding all of the in's and out's of the process, it made my wife and I comfortable about decision making. Everything from photographs of the property, suggestions on things we could do that added value to our sales houses and superb suggestions on contractors and inspectors for the new house we purchased were right on. He was able to make the nerve wracking experience much simpler with his explanations of the process and what to expect. I've been able to see what friends have had to go through in both selling and buying a home and can really appreciate Dale so much more. I would encourage anyone who is buying or selling a home to engage a top class experienced realtor which is what you will get with Crystal. We worked with her to sell our home last year and she always gave us the best advice. She was available anytime of the day and helped us seamlessly address inspection issues via a network of contractors who to her credit she has developed excellent working relationships with. We learnt the process of selling a home is not as easy as it maybe perceived even in a hot market and here advice from a first class realtor is invaluable.
