I appreciated Crystal’s hands-on approach; she was very attentive to all of my inquiries and always responded promptly. She kept me updated throughout the entire process which was greatly appreciated since I moved several hours away and was unable to be involved daily. I gave Crystal free reign to update/change anything she believed needed to be done and she nailed it. My house sold quickly and for a much higher price than I expected! For various reasons I’ve had to move several times in the past 8 years and Lori has assisted me with each purchase or sale. She is the epitome of an outstanding realtor. She is professional, seasoned, knowledgeable, and helpful.
