Susan is a rock star in so many ways. Her multidimensional excellence is so reassuring and calming during an event that most people find very stressful. During the listing development process, she was a great listener and understood assets of our home that we took for granted. During the prep for photography and the open house, she calmed our anxieties about unimportant details. During the offer and acceptance phase, she helped us understand the differences between multiple offers without telling us what to do. During the inspection and closing phases, her professional experiences helped give us clarity of our duties. The Maraschino Cherry topping was her frequent check-ins during our prep for packing. Selling my late mother’s house was hard in itself but Debbie was able to make the process as easy as possible. She was quick to communicate what was needed and made sure I knew what needed to be done. Even with the I section hiccups, she never lost faith in me and continued to support or quest of getting things handled to sell the home. I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this process without someone else by my side. Her kindness and knowledge were beyond words. Thank you again.
