I’ve worked with Marilyn for a handful of years. I’ve purchased a few properties and she’s always in search of other properties that I’m looking for. She knows the market extremely well buying or selling there’s a reason she’s the top percent of realtors in this area for selling I brought her through my house. She told me what I should do, I did it. We listed the house at 625,000 the market wanting a bidding war three days later we stopped people going through after 55 showings and many more scheduled we told the foolish realtors to Remove the escalation clause And they had a couple hours to resubmit their bids At that point we were just looking for cash buyers.
