No: They are NOT all the same. We phone-screened six agents referred to us by people who had bought or sold homes within the past few months or years. Three were invited to the house for an interview. They were real good people! Kate made a compelling case to be our listing agent. And that's when Kate *REALLY* went to work (after all she'd already done, no less). During the listing development process, she was a great listener and understood assets of our home that we took for granted. During the prep for photography and the open house, she calmed our anxieties about unimportant details.
