I've been working with Lysa for over a decade, and I have referred her numerous times over the years and have had nothing but positive feedback. Our recent home purchase was very....different.... my husband and I looked pretty consistently for well over a year before we finally found THE ONE. Regardless of how many ( soooo many) showings she took us to, how many different zip codes we looked at, and how many times we altered exactly "what we were looking for" she remained positive (especially when we weren't) & available for us. When we did finally find it, our "Vert well put together/ very original offer" was accepted. Lysa's tenure in this industry doesn't truly begin to pay off until it comes to putting an offer together, her intuitive thinking helps her buyers put together offers that stand above the rest. This we have found is EXTREMELY valuable in a seller's market, when sellers have multiple offers rolling in & they choose yours above the rest (even if it may not have been the highest $ offer ;)), we find it remarkable that Lysa always seems to know what methods we should utilize when putting a particular offer on the table for the sellers we are working with.
