From the start I knew I picked the agent in a sea of agents. Becky guided through the initial process. I gave her the areas I wanted to live in. She in turn gave me the best options for those areas. She knew what to look for when looking at homes. While, the overall appearance is important. She went beyond that. "Let's look beyond the color of interior, and focus on the age of the roof, hot water heater, furnace". When the lender was lacking in the processing of the loan she had them in check.
