Jeff was both very pro-active and always responsive. A buy/sell transaction is never simple so his attention to the many issues leading up to the closing was actually incredible. There were so many issues requiring attention and he was on top of all of them. I have used Jeff previously and the most important quality that he possesses is that he always made me feel like he was in this with me...that my problems were his problems. And that is very re-assuring when there is so much at stake.

We can't say enough about our experience with Jamey Kramer and his staff. After 32 years of living in our Woodbend home, we decided to move to Northern CA to be closer to our son, daughter-in-law and our three grandchildren. We interviewed three realtors, all of which were very impressive. However, we chose Jamey because of his immediate understanding of our needs as well as his empathy for our situation. I would like to point out the following things where he clearly stood out: (1) Impressive first pitch, full of the information needed to make a decision on when to put the house on the market and for how much. (2) Exposure to the house with flyers, website, etc. We had over 30 showings in less than 2 weeks. (3) Continuous and pertinent information throughout the process.
