The house hunting experience today is absolutely crazy, I cannot imagine searching for a home with anybody but Katja. Katja went over and above our expectations. She was eager, available, full of information, and a real go-getter. She has developed an impressive network of professional services you would need in the home buying experience. When the lender we had preapproved with wasn't answering our calls, she had a lender that turned out to be just as accessible as she was. Another thing we were impressed by was the fact that no matter what price range the house we wanted to look at was ($60,000-$250,000) she was eager to show us the house and treated us like we were going to earn her a million-dollar commission. She is the realtor you want and since we found our home, I will miss our "Adventures with Katja!"
