Before I start I have to admit, I've met with a lot of realtors before I decided that Becky was the one for my wife and I. I honestly wasn't sure what I was looking for in a Realtor, but something about Becky made me feel at home; like I was hanging out with my older sister. She showed me many homes (some more than twice) and she was very patient with me and never gave me a dull moment with her positive personality. She was very professional, but she was also willing to be more casual when I tried to ask for ideas on what to do with the rooms in each house we saw. She really is the best of both worlds. I have bought two houses with Becky; and when I'm ready to buy again I will buy my third with her too. Going with Becky will be whatever experience you want to get from her; she is very customer oriented, market educated, resourceful, and she genuinely has your best interest in mind.

Becky was amazing! She had so much knowledge of the areas that we were looking in. She took the time to take us to every house that we wanted to see, and believe me there were over 150 of them. She would spend hours driving us around to make sure we got just what we wanted. She also helped us buy our second home through HUD. Best realitor I have ever met, shes not pushy or over bearing she just wants you to be happy! I would and do recomend her to everone I know trying to buy a home. Absolutly outstanding!

I have rented homes for 15 years now and Becky is by far the best landlord I have ever had. We bought a house and lived in it for 10 years. When it was time to sell we called Becky. Not ever being on the selling end, we were completely lost. She told us what "improvements" were needed to obtain the best possible price in the current market. She marketed the house through multiple medias and we had a few interested parties. We were provided with feedback after they finished viewing the house. So we knew what was working and what wasn't. While all this was going on Becky was also helping us find a home. Our needs and wants had changed since the last time we bought a house (2 kids and 2 dogs and lots of stuff was added to our lives). We saw several homes all over the Metro Detroit area. She offered her professional opinion, allowed us to bring along family and friends for 2nd opinions and was very welcoming to all of our comments. When it came time for an offer she was wonderful. The offer was accepted but unfortunately the house didn't appraise. Becky gathered information on recently sold homes and did everything she could to get the house appraised correctly for us. Unfortunately, to no avail. At that point, we decided to have a house built in a local sub-division. Again, Becky stepped up and worked with the Sales Agent and negotiated dates, prices the whole package. When the builder didn't follow through, Becky was there to make things right. She went on the walk through with us, she was there when we closed. It was great to have her by our side through it all. I wouldn't go through either process of selling or buying without having a professional agent. If/When the time comes Becky will be our first call. She is the person we recommend when a friend or family is in the market for a home. She has bought and sold so many homes with my family, it's like she is part of the family!
