Katja did a wonderful job assisting me with the purchase of my home. After looking at 3 previous homes and consulting with her regarding my wants and needs, we located the home that I purchased. The process was very smooth and understandable for someone like me who is not necessarily savvy with the housing market. Outside of the difficulty that I had with a large banking outfit, everything went how I hoped it would. Katja gave me the lead on a great lender as well once I experienced issues securing my loan. Her knowledge is great and she seems to have some excellent connections in the industry as well. I fully intend to use her services very soon with the sale of my previous home and I fully expect it to go equally as well.
