Jeff has been out "go-to" real estate agent for many years. He has bought and sold homes for our immediate family members six times in the last eight years or so. He has many years of experience and vast knowledge of real estate, which makes him invaluable to a home buyer. He knows the market well and was able to point out many things in homes and condos we toured with him that we missed. He worked within our search criteria only and was flexible when working around our schedule for viewings. He was also very patient and not the pressure type of salesperson I am unable to work with. All the decions were left to us; although we did value his tecommendations and guidance. All of our family members have had a successful partnership with Jeff.

When I first met with Nancy, in my parents home of 62 years, I said I wanted to sell it "as is." Nancy looked it over and said it needed some work to make it look better for listing. One thing that sets Wanda apart from other realtors we have worked with is her dedication and communication. She understands better than others that the market can move really quickly and because of that, so do the buyers if they want to find a house they really love. Wanda sent us houses all of the time and always make us a priority to go see a house really quick, even if it was last minute! She also is like family to me. Wanda has known me since I was about four years old! She's been working with my family ever since. My parents, my brother and me have all got our homes with Wanda as our agent.
