I had the pleasure of working with Tanta. She helped me find a beautiful new home and also sold my house and I couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish she was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. She is knowledgeable, approachable and extremely patient. She answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She is a very trustworthy agent and I highly recommend her!

Tanta was very help full in identifying the right listing price. She made timely suggestions for making improvements that will help sell the house faster. She also helped me stage the house to bring out the best features of the house. Ended out selling the house faster and at a better price than I was initially expecting.

Becky helped us buy and sell our first home, and was so helpful throughout the entire process. Her knowledge about real estate is honestly amazing, and she was an excellent resource for answering all of our questions and helping us understand the process. Becky is also just a lovely person, and I genuinely enjoyed getting to know her, and am sure we’ll stay in touch. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for an agent, she will truly work so hard to ensure that you get exactly what you’re looking for.

My wife and I met Becky in 2019 while purchasing our home in Berkley. She has a vast amount of knowledge about both real estate and the area having worked and lived in the area for so long. I can’t just call Becky our realtor, she’s truly a friend who’s helped us navigate some of our biggest decisions yet. One of the best aspects about Becky is that she is there for you when you need it. Even if she doesn’t pick up, she’ll be calling shortly after. She’s a busy lady for a good reason, she’s top notch to work with. We had a tremendous experience working with her most recently with selling our home. Highly recommend working with Becky!

It is not an easy process to sell your home when you already live a few hundred miles away. For this reason we dedicated our time to finding a realtor we could trust to take care of everything. We were incredibly grateful to have met and worked with Tanta. She provided insightful advice in getting the house ready for the market, like adding staging touches and hiring a professional photographer. All of her additions made our home much more appealing to buyers. Additionally, she always followed up and constantly communicated with me almost every day. She did an amazing job keeping us informed about every aspect of the process and helped us have a stress-free closing as well. We could not have been more pleased and strongly recommend Tanta for anyone looking for a diligent, hard-working realtor!

Jeff has been out "go-to" real estate agent for many years. He has bought and sold homes for our immediate family members six times in the last eight years or so. He has many years of experience and vast knowledge of real estate, which makes him invaluable to a home buyer. He knows the market well and was able to point out many things in homes and condos we toured with him that we missed. He worked within our search criteria only and was flexible when working around our schedule for viewings. He was also very patient and not the pressure type of salesperson I am unable to work with. All the decions were left to us; although we did value his tecommendations and guidance. All of our family members have had a successful partnership with Jeff.
