The house hunting experience today is absolutely crazy, I cannot imagine searching for a home with anybody but Katja. Katja went over and above our expectations. She was eager, available, full of information, and a real go-getter. She has developed an impressive network of professional services you would need in the home buying experience. When the lender we had preapproved with wasn't answering our calls, she had a lender that turned out to be just as accessible as she was. Another thing we were impressed by was the fact that no matter what price range the house we wanted to look at was ($60,000-$250,000) she was eager to show us the house and treated us like we were going to earn her a million-dollar commission. She is the realtor you want and since we found our home, I will miss our "Adventures with Katja!"

Katja is personable with her clients, very smart with the laws and dealings in real estate, and makes herself available to your questions and needs. Katja is one of the best people I have come across, let alone agent. It is my first time buying a house and she has been by my side throughout the whole process and helped me through everything since I'm quite naive to the ins and outs of home buying. She was there for showings, no matter the day, no matter the hour. Always been 1 text 1 phone call away, what more can you ask for. We closed today and she was there with a gift ??.
