Natalie took time to get to know us, our short term and long term goals. She then provided facts and research which allowed us to agree on a realistic listing price. She provide advice on ways we could get the highest possible sale price for our home including timing of listing and removing items from our home ahead of the listing to make it even more attractive for buyers.
