John is one of those unique agents, that know what they do, service is excellent and his attitude is amazing. Our deal was not a common one, starting with the fact that good part of the deal was conducted miles away. I was in San Antonio while John from Chicago was able to conduct all the closing process. Regardless the day and time, John always provided us with the right answer and support and believe me when I say any day, any time, I one of those who sends emails quite late or early in the morning, guess what, John was always there.
