We are so fortunate that Rebecca was our realtor. She was so kind and incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we were looking. She was always so accommodating to our random times and choices of homes to look at. She was always available and returned our calls right away, even to say she was with a client and would call us ASAP. She emailed us every lake home that became available and always updated us on changes in their availability. Last note, my husband is a businessman and expects, almost demands, perfection. He feels that everyone should have the same work ethic as him. Rebecca went above and beyond with him. I felt for her as I understand that he can be difficult to deal with. He has a heart of gold but high expectations. When we were going through the process he complimented Rebecca regularly and was amazed at her attention to detail. Originally selling our home seemed to be a real challenge. When we found Penny the whole process became a real smooth process. She took a lot of the worry out of it. Her knowledge of the market and her professional attitude actually turned the whole sale into a pleasure. Once all the packing was done the home sold very quickly and at a very good price!
