Katja is one of the best people I have come across, let alone agent. It is my first time buying a house and she has been by my side throughout the whole process and helped me through everything since I'm quite naive to the ins and outs of home buying. She was there for showings, no matter the day, no matter the hour. Always been 1 text 1 phone call away, what more can you ask for. We closed today and she was there with a gift ??. Linda was referred to me by a friend, and I struck gold with the referral! I recently completed the purchase of my first home, and as one can imagine, I had plenty of questions and uncertainties, but also lots of excitement! She expertly explained everything to me, including when we had a few setbacks in the process. Linda worked through the difficulties and kept me in the loop when there were updates, including negotiations with the seller. Without Linda’s expertise, I’m not sure the deal would have gotten done. Jim & Crystal were extremely helpful in every phase of the process. We were buying our first home and they were the best agents we could've hoped for. Crystal helped walk us through the home buying process and was able to answer all of our questions day or night. Jim was fun and extremely knowledgeable during our showings.
