Karen's experience in the real-estate industry is how I was able to purchase my home! After going against her advice and using a mortgage company she warned me that was infamous for pulling out at closing like she predicted the day of the closing the mortgage lender backed out! With only 5 days to close with multiple offers on the house she didn't say I told you. Instead she used her networking skills not only did I close in 5 days but received almost $3000 at closing in overage fees the other lender had charged me! I'm a veteran with health issues Karen is a blessing to me.

Rhonda is beautifully patient and knowledgeable realtor! We often had our 2 young kids with us on tours and she was always welcoming and kind. She was able to schedule home tours in a timely manner, typically next day. She is truly a great person and has become a friend of our family.
