Great Realtor

Patricia was excellent and instrumental in the purchase of our house. We spent close to four months putting multiple offers on several homes and she was great navigating through this rough market. She was always calm, collective, and positive as our offers were not accepting, making suggestions to better the next offer. We finally got accepted, highly recommend her.

First time home owner

I had the beast realtor in south Florida. She care about me and my transactions. She made sure I got the best deal possible. The property has a higher price but on her research she knew the appraisal was going to be less so we offer the amount she suggested and got the property at appraisal value.
