Shun was an exceptional realtor! She sold our previous home in El Monte in 2014 and we were happy with her then. Then in May 2022, we decided to leave El Monte and sell our house. We contacted her again and she immediately went to work. By Memorial Day, the house was on the market. There were many unexpected and frustrating challenges with the City of El Monte's pre-sale inspection, but Shun was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond. On top of that headache, she scheduled appointments for us to see homes in Glendora and San Dimas areas and was there with us. She made countless phone calls and put in over 13 bids on our behalf. Finally, we found a home we wanted and Shun was able to close escrow on that home, while we finished selling our home at that time. It was a stressful time for sure, but Shun remained positive, smiling and genuinely present with us every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, professional, and works so hard for her clients. I would highly recommend her! If we ever move again, she would be my first call.

Maria and her husband Vince are phenomenal realtors who actively listen and really care about getting their clients into their dream homes. They have been in the business for a very long time and know what they're doing. They are very friendly, approachable, and available. I was referred to the Mendozas by a very good family friend. This is my first time buying a home and I explained to them what kind of home I was looking for. From the very beginning they were very responsive in sending me new homes on the market that fit my criteria. One of my criteria was safety and if a home I was eyeing was in a bad area they let me know right away. I appreciated that so much because I wanted to make sure wherever I moved to was in a safe location and they made sure of that. Also, I was super impressed by their availability and prompt feedback. If I wanted to see potential homes on the weekend they were available to show me them and this is super important in the current housing market. Time is of the essence, especially when putting in an offer for a home you want. Once I found a place I loved we acted on it right away and submitted an offer. Maria and Vince worked tirelessly sending me all the documents I needed to sign and going back and forth to the property with me for inspection and then finally handing me my keys :) Maria said they get 100% of their clients into homes and she was right. BEST͏ Realtor in the Market. Both͏ Maria & Vincent, Out did themself again!!! This is the second time I've used them to sell our home and help us find our new home.
