Neta has been great from beginning to end! Coming from a sales background, I loved working with Neta as she was very attentive, yet never pressured us into anything. Tim went above and beyond every step of the way. He was always available for any questions we had and responded quickly, he showed us every house we wanted to see (even if that meant seeing 8 in one day!), and pointed out details we overlooked. We were anxious to get a house ASAP so we were almost willing to accept anything that seemed big enough, Tim brought us back to reality & pointed out things like busy roads might not be a good idea with our kids etc. This was our first home purchase and Tim made it an incredible experience. We truly feel like we've made a new friend! I would strongly recommend him to anyone in search of a home or selling!

Top notch. Tim is enthusiastic but restrained and does not smother or pressure you. After looking at few houses he had a precise and exact idea of my tastes and what I was looking for. He did not waste my time with referrals on properties that I would not like. Tim also has a sound understanding of construction and mechanical principles, a rarity in his line of work. Most Realtors know houses but Tim also knows how to build and maintain one.
