Rob Wolfson did more for us than just find us a house. He guided us in the right direction to start our lives together. I’m not one to do reviews but this one is needed and well deserved. Rob is the most patient person I’ve met. We looked at a lot of homes and not once did he show any type of negativity or impatience. When we walked into a home he genuinely cared about what we were looking into. He actually was right with us finding possible “red flags” in the homes to make sure we knew exactly what we were looking at/ possibly buying. I made a friend with rob. I’ll never not reccomend him to people. Anyone and everyone who I know and over hear needing a realtor I’m giving his name out. Thank you again Rob for helping start my life

If you're looking to buy a home, Tim is the perfect guy to help you. He genuinely cares and will make sure to do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied. My wife and I were looking into buying our first house. Being first time homebuyers we were a bit unsure of the process. Tim walked us through step by step and answered any dumb questions we had. He always explained things thoroughly and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. Tim made the settlement process very simple and painless. His estimation of numbers was always on point and he always kept my wife and I updated. If any problems came up, Tim always had a solution. I met Neta quite by accident. I was looking at a foreclosure property, and she was the listed agent. I reached out to her, and she very quickly got back to me and very patiently walked me through the ups and downs of foreclosures. About 2 months later, my wife found a property that we very quickly became very interested in. As I remembered Neta, I reached out to her to see if she could help us. Neta was nothing short of wonderful to work with. She answered every question we came up with, answered questions on nights and weekends, and was always there when we needed her. Robert Wolfson is the ideal realtor--he is knowledgeable, patient, professional and available for every single request. I cannot recommend him any higher. In my case, he stayed in touch for many years until I contacted him about a property of interest. He knew the property and was available immediately. He expertly explained the history of the house and the realistic negotiability about the property. He intervened appropriately on our behalf and tolerated our frequent requests. He is a stand up guy with true ethics, and recommended only the finest individuals with whom to work (mortgage, repairs, locksmiths, inspectors--as an example).
