Lee was amazing to work with. I was responsible for managing my brother’s estate and needed to sell their house. Lee listened to our family’s needs regarding the sale and was enormously helpful at every step from the initial walk through to the final closing. She identified improvements that would help with the sale, she devised an approach for the timing and price for listing that resulted in multiple bids above asking. Because I was remote, she stepped in and helped manage contractors and even pitched in herself to take care of things at the house. She made what could have been a painful process easy and less stressful. I cannot thank her enough.

With 40 years of experience, Michael has extensive knowledge of the market. He was able to guide us through the process with great ease and very little stress all the way to closing. With his naturally friendly nature, communication was very easy. He was always available to answer questions or help in anyway by text or phone call. He kept in touch with us through the whole process. We appreciate all his effort in negotiating a fair and agreed upon price between buyer and seller. Couldn’t ask for a better realtor to get us to where we are now- very happy in our new home!
