Tim was such a great help from day one! My husband and I were first time home buyers and he took the time during our initial meeting to go over what to expect during this process. He even gave us a copy of his handy power point for us to take home. When we started looking at houses we told him we were looking but not sure at the time if we wanted to buy. He still took us to look at every house we asked and never rushed us while we inspected every house. The day we found our home, it was a Saturday night (around 8pm) and we looked at about 4 before that one. Even it being a Saturday, we never felt rushed and even took time to stand outside and see what the neighborhood was like. After our offer was accepted, he still was able to come and let our families and contractors come look at the house. The day of closing, he took the lead in inspecting every drain, outlet, and appliance. One of the light fixtures didn’t work and he even offered to pay for it himself which was way over beyond what we expected. He also gave us a very sweet custom sign for our closing gift. I highly recommend Tim as your realtor. You can definitely tell that he has your best interest at heart and do whatever he can to make the process as easy and painless as possible

We bought our house from Mike and then many years later asked him to sell it. The reason is that we had seen how hard he works for the people he represents.
