Thorough, Professional, and Always available: Closed our house in 45 days

Patricia Chapnick was instrumental in selling and closing our house in under 45 days. What is remarkable is she sold the house in "AS IS" condition in that short period of time. She was hands on in every aspect of the sale. Her connections to getting things done were excellent.
