To say Marc was amazing is an understatement. I could not say enough good things with this process and Marc’s help. Marc was prompt in answering all of our questions and went the extra mile to help us find our dream home. He assisted us for more than a year and was incredibly patient and detailed with helping us find homes we wanted to see. He was one step ahead of us in the process and answered us in a timely manner every single time we called or texted. Marc also gave us advice and assisted us with receiving our mortgage and navigating this unknown process. Marc made buying a house incredibly easy, he was able to work quickly under pressure especially when it felt like the settlement would never come. He was able to work quickly and efficiently with the previous owners to make arrangements in a specific timeframe that worked for everyone. Where there were complications they were settled within 1-2 days, making the process so incredibly smooth.
